DILER OMER MUSTAFA is a seasoned professional in the fields of human rights, social justice, and community management. Recently re-elected as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Kanga Educational Foundation, Diler brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as the organization's Director.

With over two decades of dedicated service to the Kurdish diaspora and local communities in the UK, Diler’s career highlights include:

Strategic Leadership: Former Director of the Kanga Educational Foundation and active member of the "Kurdish House for Permanent Peace" group since 2020.
Advisory Roles: Served as a caseworker and advisor at the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), providing essential support to citizens.
Community Advocacy: A long-term member of the Kurdish Cultural Centre (Oval) and the Kurdish Community in Hammersmith, where he served as a translator and advocate for refugees and the Kurdish community in London.
Professional Development: He has participated in numerous international workshops and seminars across Europe, the UK, and Kurdistan, specializing in family protection, child safety, and food security.
