SHAZO ARAM is a distinguished professional with a B.A. in Business and Marketing Management from the University of Roehampton, specializing in primary research on Generation Z integration within the workplace. Currently an Events Project Assistant at ELRIG UK, Shazo oversees the end-to-end execution of major conferences. His expertise spans advanced event software (EventSair), stakeholder management, AV technical coordination, and strategic marketing designed to maximize audience engagement. Beyond his corporate role, Shazo is a Sales and Marketing Leader at Shanidar Publishing, where he drives startup growth, manages social media strategy, and represents the brand as a public speaker. He is also a Co-founder and Board Member of the Horizon Leadership Network, an initiative dedicated to empowering and highlighting underrepresented women leaders.
Her international experience includes serving as an Educational Consultant for the Margaret Educational Society in Sulaymaniyah, where he facilitated the integration of the British curriculum, as well as holding a role at the Republic University (Sulaimani).
