Event Overview

It is our distinct honor to invite you to a special commemoration marking the Kurdish Genocide (the Halabja chemical attack and the Anfal campaigns). This event is a tribute to resilience, where our younger generation uses the colors of hope to heal the wounds of the past.

During the ceremony, the children of the "Kanga Educational Foundation" will present a meaningful artistic performance titled "The Garden of Hope and Peace" under the theme:

"With our small hands, we write a great future."

Our children will use their hands to bring color and life to the image of a barren, leafless tree. Their message is simple yet profound: Each of us carries a unique color, but together, we make the world a more beautiful place."

This event is organized and hosted by Mr. Sarbaz Barznji, Member of Lambeth Council.
