Nawroz 2726: Kanga and the Kurdish Community Celebrate Unity in London

Event Overview

In a vibrant display of national pride and cultural heritage, the Kanga Educational Foundation (KEF) joined the Kurdish community in London to celebrate Nawroz and the Kurdish New Year 2726. Held at Finsbury Park, the festivities brought together Kurds from all four parts of Kurdistan for a day filled with joy, unity, and tradition.

A Kurdish Atmosphere in the Heart of London

On the third day of Nawroz, KEF’s leadership, teachers, and students transformed Finsbury Park into a hub of Kurdish culture. This celebration was more than just a holiday; it served as a vital platform for KEF to reinforce its mission of passing down the Kurdish language and identity to the next generation in the diaspora. The overwhelming turnout demonstrated that unity and cultural strength remain the foundation of our community abroad.

Greetings and Gratitude

On this historic occasion, the Ksnga Educational Foundation extends its warmest congratulations to the entire Kurdish nation, our dedicated board members, our hardworking Kurdish language teachers, and our students and their families.
Furthermore, KEF expresses its formal appreciation and gratitude to the Rwanga Foundation, with special recognition for Ms. Kurda Arif, for their tireless efforts and pivotal role in organizing and ensuring the success of this national event.
Commitment to Educational Excellence
As we enter the New Year, KANGA reaffirms its commitment to collaborating with all Kurdish organizations to enhance educational and cultural initiatives. Our goal remains steadfast: providing the best possible service to the Kurdish diaspora and ensuring that our mother tongue and heritage continue to flourish.
